Unfortunately, our UK sizes compared to the EU shoe sizes do not match, and the difference will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, so one chart does not work for all manufacturers, however, generally most conversion charts will be roughly correct and will generally be within 1/2 a shoe size.

In general, it’s roughly the EU size minus 33 to give the UK size or thereabouts.

Our guide is only that, a guide, so please do your own research if you’re not sure.  Most of us will know what EU size is the best fit for us as a lot of shoes and boots are still sold in the EU size, primarily due to most footwear coming from the EU or ROW and for the UK manufactures to change their lasts to match the EU would be extremely expensive and time consuming so we will continue to have both sizes in the UK for the foreseeable future.

This guide aims to give a little help and understanding.
